Richard D. Yeoman. Richard D. Yeoman was born in Fort Ord, California in 1970. He received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1994. He received his J.D. Degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School in 1997. Mr. Yeoman was a Senior Editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review. Mr. Yeoman handles all aspects of civil litigation before all State and Federal Courts, as well as various administrative apecics.
